SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rewind the 90s! We’re a small business, and orders are prepared and shipped from the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After your order ships, most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is $3.99.

Orders totaling $50 or more receive FREE standard shipping.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to begin displaying tracking updates.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows that your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the problem so we can help make it right.
